Inkspell, Funke’s second of three novels – look for the final book to be released in fall ’08 – finds young Meggie, plus her family, friends and foes, sucked into the mythical book, Inkheart. Much to Meggie’s dismay, she finds things within the living book have not stuck to their storylines and it’s up to Meggie to figure out how to get the story back on track.
